Ce que dit l'éditeurAfter Fruits and Opera, I wanted to pay homage to my mother, who used to tell me that the world could be conquered with a simple flower. For me, there is nothing more elegant than piping a flower. Piping a cream, a ganache, or a meringue gives a dessert a balanced visual appeal and flavor. Through the curves, scrolls, and petals i create, i try to give a unique shape to each flower, transforming a simple cake into a gift. Flowers are a playground with endless possibilities for a pastry chef. They are a symbol of life, elegance, and purity and enable you to experiment with colors, shapes, and ingredients.
